Logo + Brand Design for a pet care business.
Serene Dog Care is a dog care and training business that prioritizes pets’ well being above all else. They strive to bring serenity to pet care through the use of Force Free, positive reinforcement morals as well as continuing education for their team members to ensure they are up to date on the best practices, methods, and pet research to best take care of the dogs in their care. I was originally tasked to create a logo that featured the yin and yang symbol to convey a feeling of friendliness and calmness, and I later built off of the logo to create a brand identity for Serene Dog Care.

The Solution.
For the design of the logo, I chose to have two dogs make up the yin and yang symbol. The ears of the dogs are meant to look like hearts to reflect Serene Dog Care's love for the dogs in their care and their commitment to providing a safe and serene pet care experience. The colors chosen are meant to be clinical as they are a pet care business that prides themselves on staying up to date in the best pet care methods, practices, and research, but the colors are also muted and meant to also bring a sense of calm and friendliness. The fonts chosen are also friendly and trustworthy.
